My MBP just spoke and told me to call some numb...

I was just using a youtube mp3 converter on firefox and suddenly a female voice started to talk! It (or she?) warned me about a potential virus and asked me to call the number on screen and make no online payments until I do so! What was that?? Plus I didn't see any number on my screen. My mac started to heat and make noise, firefox had no respond so I force quit it.

Does anybody know what was that? Is it a real warning from Apple? Or is it a virus itself? Well obviously neither is good.. But what should I do? Please help!

Well I just reopened firefox and a game ad popped up immediately..
