Apple Watch series 3 paint chipped off

I’ve had my Apple Watch series 3 for 4 days now and have worn it as anyone would a watch. But I have two white spots near the corner of the black bezel on the lower right corner of the watch face. Has anyone else experienced this should I ask Apple for an exchange?

If the issue persists after following Apple's instructions for cleaning your Apple Watch as detailed here:

 

 

Then, as you are concerned about a potential manufacturing defect, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for it to be checked under warranty:
