itunes not showing iphone apps

I wanted to update an iPhone App in iTunes on my Macpro but the Apps menu has disappeared!

I'm up to date with iTunes software (iOS 10.3.3 at time of posting) but the apps page, with the iphone apps layouts is missing!

You have iTunes 12.7 installed on your Mac (iOS 10.3.3 is the iOS version on your phone), the management of apps (including homescreen layouts and downloading/updating apps) is no longer part of iTunes, it's done directly on the device.

Thank you King_Penguin. I was unaware that iTunes had been streamlined this way!
So happy there's nothing to fix!

So then, is there any way to rearrange apps on your phone, such as move an app from screen 3 into a folder on screen 2?

Not with 12.7, you can either upgrade to 12.6.3 (which is aimed at companies deploying apps, but works for individuals as well) : Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support

That's my question, can apps be moved between screens and into folders directly on an iphone itself? Because I can't see any way to do that. (iPhone 7S, iOS 10.3.3).
