iCloud calendar(s) will not show up in Outlook ...

My boss asked me to fix her Outlook not syncing with iCloud. After testing confirmed it was not, I used iCloud control panel to sign out and then back in.  When that did not work, I uninstalled iCloud form the PC, rebooted, re-downloaded iCloud and reinstalled it.  Now Outlook shows just the work "iCloud" and no calendars underneath it.  They are still visible at iCloud.com and on her iPhone.  The Outlook install is current with all updates, and when we reinstalled iCloud, I watched it count off some 1500+ items it said it was downloading.  Any help out there for us (me)?
