I cannot log in the i tunes store and i cant do...

What happens when you try to login?

cant connect to app store i tried  lots of procedures and still nothing. my app store is working but it didnt download then on the itunes app store i i log out my acct and log in at the same time   but still. cant connect to itunes store.. haaaay please help me with this. thanks

Hi guys/ladies I worked on this issue for two weeks Apple does not help because they only want to make money that is why they build issues into every release of iTunes.

I first took my router out and pluged the IP suppliers ezathernet cable right into my computer/laptop.

It worked fixed all issues with Istore and all the issues of: "iTunes unable to make a secure connection to servers".

SO then I knew it was my router. I finally found a setting that allowed iTunes to make a secure connection to their servers these are the steps:

1. Log into your Router after you set it back up on your computer.

2. go into settings.

3. Then sellect internet.

4. Then go to advance settings (found) at bottom of the internet seting page on dLink)

5 then change the MU setting (I used 490) and works great.

6. After you do all of the above turn the router off for about a minute then turn it back on to use your new MU setting.

7. Good luck guys no one every puts the solved solution on the Apple discussion sites here. I think Apple takes the solution down so they can sell suport . That is not good as people will leave eventually.

You don't need to pay for support, this is publicly available and would have been easy to find once you isolated the issue to your router.
