a problem with the Apple Watch

I bought the new Apple wat h 2017 waited an entire month to receive it. Upon receiving it I opened it up turned it on came on with no problem it said to update and while updating place on charging dock! I did so a few moments later I check my watch and it wouldn’t do anything it had completely crashed I have sent it to the Depot to see if they can fix it!!

When updating the software on Apple Watch, be sure to leave on the charger, connected to power and with your iPhone nearby until the process has fully completed.

Interrupting the process can cause your Apple Watch to be unable to turn on, in which case it will require servicing.
