Ipad 4 completely dead/ not charging

I am using an Ipad 4 with retina. I have updated the ios to 9.3 ( not quite sure) and then, suddenly my ipad wont turn on.

I have tried several methods on how to open it such as holding the home and power/sleep button but still nothing happened.

I have also tried charging it over night hoping it'll work properly the following day but I still have the same black screen not even the low battery/charging logo.

Another method I have tried is connecting the device on to my Itunes but the software is not recognizing my device.

Is there any other Ipad user experiencing the same thing? were you guys able to restore your device. ? if so, i would really appreciate you sharing it with me.

I'd certainly want to be able to use my iPad as soon as possible, too.  You've done a great job of trying steps so far!  The troubleshooting you've done so far matches this article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support

You'll just want to try the last section of steps with recovery mode before getting to other options: 

1. Connect your device to a computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, you can borrow one, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help. 
2. While your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the Recovery mode screen.
   
3. When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data.
   

iTunes will download the software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode and you'll need to repeat steps 2 and 3 again.

Thank you so much for the tip. I have tried doing it but still my Ipad is dead.

Sorry to hear that it's still not doing anything.  At this point, it would be best to have a technician look at it in person or try sending it in for service.

To take it in, use:

Apple - Find Locations - Country Selector

Or to setup mail-in service: 

Apple - Support - Product Selection

I am also having the same problem after updating. My ipad is dead. It won't charge. Laptop is not recognizing it because there is not enough juice to power it up.
