My MacBook Pro (produced in 2009) sometimes makes a strange sound. What could that be? It’s the sound of a ventilator, but I don’t know if that’s the source of the sound. Could it be troubles with the harddisk?

It’s a MacBook 15” with 2,66 Ghz intel core 2 Duo processor + Videokaart NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256MB + 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
