Mac Pro 3,1 Start up Screen Issues

Hello,

I have a 2008 Mac Pro 3,1 2x1TB hard drives, 32GB RAM, running OS 10.11.6 and a NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 2048 MB GPU, and before I didn't notice that my computer didn't show an apple on the screen upon boot until I started doing some research into an issue Ive been having with the computer. Ive been trying to bootcamp my mac pro for a week now, and I can't access the boot manager screen to pick a different HD to boot from holding option key while booting and I believe that the graphics card isn't being told to turn on because of the lack of drivers at this point. Anyone else have this issue, have remedies or other ideas as to what could be happening?
