A game I play on Facebook keeps losing the back...

I play a game on Facebook and some of the graphics disappear. I have an iMac and the hard drive has just been replaced by Apple. I have played the game on my MacBook Air and it is okay and has no problems. So can only assume it is the iMac that has the problem. I checked with the game makers and they said it was a problem at my end. Any ideas?
I am running High Sierra 10.13 on both machines
