I ordered today a song from the Itune Store, and got the wrong version of the Bee Gees song.  I wanted the one that was the original Bee Gees song.  How do I exchange it.  I have no idea how to get my serial number to contact Itunes.

Hi,  I would like to know how I can transfer songs from my ipod to my computer.  I had a lot of them on before I was in the Sandy flood but I was not able to put them on again.  I know how to transfer songs to my ipod and I also  got instructions on how to put the songs from my ipod to back on my computer but once they appear on the screen,  they don't stay permanently on my Itunes.  What am I doing wrong?  If you could help me I would greatly appreciate it.  Ruth
