How do I take a screen shot of a bank statement...

MacOS  Sierra version 10.12.6

How do I take a screen shot of my bank statement and how do I send it to Groupon?  I have never used screen shot before.  I have been unable to find any info on screen shots.

Do you have the bank statement on the computer in digital image form?  That's the first think you must do.

Next, go to the System/Keyboard/Shortcuts/Screenshots preference pane and learn the key combinations for making screenshots, both full window and selected areas.
