Why my icloud is not starting?

When i put my apple id and password to open icloud it says “the maximum number of free account have been activated on this phone”

It sounds like you are trying to create a new account rather than signing into an existing one.

Apple limits the number of iCloud accounts that can be created on a device to 3. This is a hard and fast rule and there is no work around.

If you have an iCloud account then you can sign into it when you set up the phone for first use or in Settings.

If not and you need one go to appleid.apple.com
