Keyboard setting keeps resetting

HI all.

I've had a problem with my MBP since I bought it last year. When I boot it up the keyboard reverts to US from the British one I want - I have checked and the language is set to English as well.

I've tried zapping the NVRAM but that hasn't helped and worse the problem has come across to High Sierra.
