How do I change iTunes

Hi,

I have an MacAir OS X El Aptian 10.11.6, iTunes is 12.7.0.166. My SSD is 128GB and my iPhone 64GB, the Backup is clogging my ssd. I want to move the backup folder of the Mac to an external HDD, how do I proceed?
