Video not sent via message app

Currently unable to send videos via the message app. I am on Verizon and have updated to iOS 11 on my 7 plus. I have also reset my network, switched off iMessage, and mms then turned them all back on.

I figured it out. MMS doesn’t want to send the new video formats that were added to iOS 11. Switched back and they send fine now.
