Trying to get web browsers to work properly on ...

I am eventually trying to replace my laptop with only my iPad. For the most part it is working but then when it comes to school sites that require you to download stuff from the site such as blackboard and things it isn’t working.

Ex. I tried to get my class schedule on my iPad and the site wouldn’t work properly it would only show a portion of what i was trying to see and nothing else.

Then i go on my computer and it works perfectly fine.

Has anyone ever experienced this? How do i fix it?

This is expected behavior, an iPad is not a computer, nor is it capable of replacing one, despite it's marketing. You could ask Safari to request the desktop site, but this won't solve the problem with downloading.

If the site uses Adobe Flash then it will not work on any Apple mobile devices.

Otherwise, it surely can be done using iPad.

Example: My son's secondary school uses iPad instead of a computer.

They use these apps: Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheets.

Talk to the school admin about this.
