Time zone change not working

I have IPhone with latest Sw and clock not auto updating to new time zone.  GPS is working fine.  I just moved from  Easternti Central To Central US time.

Settings-General-Date & Time and set Time Zone to your location.

I know I can manually do it, but it should work automatically.  Auto selection in time date is set.  I even tried to cycle it.  Now I’m I pac time and same . No change an gps working.
