apple watch screen moving on its own

I have 42mm Nike+ apple 2 watch and it acts like I'm turning the crown and that results in the screen to zoom in in out and scroll up and down. The watch is unusable. I've tried restarting it, unpairing it and also cleaning the crown.

The behaviour that you have described is consistent with an issue with the Digital Crown's operation.

 

If you have already followed the instructions here to clean it:

 

 

And the issue persists after following the recommended cleaning procedure, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your Apple Watch to be checked and, if required, serviced:
