Glitch at startup

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro 2014 and I updated to High Sierra. I was already using FIlevault with Sierra without any problem.

The point is now that, during startup, after I login and the progress bar starts to load, there is a glitch: my screen turns black for some seconds, the mouse pointer appears at the top left of my screen and the progress bar appears and resume loading.

I read in other post that this is a FileVault problem (some people had it before in other versions of macOS/OS X). I disabled the Filevault and the problem really disappeared.

I reset the SMC, the PRAM, did a clean install but the glitch is there.

I don't want to disable Filevault, but this glitch is driving me crazy.

Is there any solution for this issue?
