ISSUES WITH Touch ID

Hi,

I am a new user to IOS and currently having issues with my Touch ID in my MacBook Pro .I have even tried to attach a screenshot of the same (that is also not working too). The options for ticking the checklist for unlocking the Mac with the Touch ID seem to be frozen or locked .Please help.
