sync between Macs files

hi,

I just bought today new MacBook Pro. I still have my last Mac -Macbook air, which i continue to work with.

as i setup the MacBook Pro, the files that sync is very old ones (from 2016). how do I sync between the Macs files that they both be update for the current files?
