I bought a Iphone 7 plus from a friend and I have an icloud account on it and I can not delete it and every time I reset it from the factory it does not delete everything from it. I`m waiting for your answers and I hope to solve something with him.Thank you.

You have run into Activation Lock.  Only your friend (assuming he is the previous owner) can remove the lock:

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
