iTunes, general question about playlist & Apps

Greetings All,

It's been a while I used iTunes but starting using it again I found out my playlists vanished (included imported CD's) and I can not find any of my App's listed anymore. This both on my iMac iTunes, Phone and Tablet.

Anyone can help out to get at least my App's installed again and visible in iTunes?

(Playlist not such a biggie since I can probably re-import that although it will take time).
