Macbook Acting Weird(fans won't stop, everythin...

I have this weird MacBook problem and it just started a few days ago.

My Macbook's exhaust fan just started and non-stop. I have closed all the program and relaunched the Finder as well. I opened my activity Monitor and check my CPU and it is surprisingly high. The system takes up about 66.95% and user takes up of 22.86% and i tried to close some of them but it still don't work. I tried to look up on the internet and won't work. Right now I downloaded a app called Macs Fan control. I don't know if this is the right choice but this is basically an app where is controls how fast the fan go. I makes it low enough that I can't hear. I need immediate support and I do need this for my school and class and this bothers me a lot. Also another problem is that everything loads very very slowly. Sometimes if i just try to open something or click on something such as google chrome or the wifi system preferences or anything the rainbow ball just pops up and won't go away. The battery is having a problem as well. I am 100% that my power adapter is connected but when i press the battery icon it tells me that battery is no charging and the power adapter's charging light is not show green or yellow. Anyone has a good idea of what is happening and how to stop or solve all these problems.

Sorry but also my built in microphone won't work as well. The sound won't come out. When I press the volume up and volume down instead of the boxes pops up or down it just shows nothing
