Is it better to let the Apple Watch discharge completely before charging again

No. Modern, Lithium based batteries should NOT be depleted to low levels.

Ok, but I heard someone say that you should drain the battery to a low 0% and then recharge it. What do you mean by low levels?

As stated above, Lithium batteries should not be depleted to low levels. Zero is definitely a low level.

At what point is it considered a low level? Is under 20% a low level?

Yes.

No. It is better to charge it whenever convenient regardless of the state of charge. Overnight is a very good strategy.

So if your battery is at 97% and it is 10PM, do you need to charge it overnight and that it turns into 100% at 7AM? I stream classical music overnight, so should I not charge my iPhone 8 Plus, or should I charge it?

Really? 500 iPhones, and even more Android based devices and you aren't familiar with proper charging practises? Really? And you need to intrude on someone elses thread to ask such questions?

If you have a question about charging your iPhone, please start your own thread rather than hijacking this one.

You cannot overcharge any Apple device. It’s also a moot question, because the watch will never be at 97% at the end of the day.

Yes, charge your 8+ overnight. Along with you 150 other iPhones.

Apparently, that number is now 500+, and 700+ Android devices.
