How can I import music into Apple Music from a ...

I have a library of songs that I exported from a different music service.  I would like to build my library in Apple Music using this list of songs.  Is this possible?  I don't want to start over from scratch building a library and I don't want to spend months adding 7k songs into my library by hand.

I've tried STAMP and it seems scammy and didn't work well enough to try to give them money.  I've managed to get my library exported into a CSV and it would be nice if apple could just take an song, artist list and add them to the library (or bring up suggestions when it doesn't match correctly

Afraid not.

I would recommend using musconv, it allows you to import your music playlist from one music library to another  - Bangelica
