My Ipad was stolen and i need your help team. It was stolen by a thief 2 days ago and now i have located it on some place but now someone is trying to disoraganized my account and hack into it to reset everything. I need help how to access my icloud and apple account so i can set it to erase and ban the usage of my ipad because i am hopeless on retrieving my ipad.

Kindly help me because i cant access because they changed my security questions. I retrieve and reset my password by i cant follow access because of the security question.
