Genius Bar Work Authorization wrong?

Sorry if this was posted in the wrong area.

 

I went to the genius bar today to ask about my charger for my macbook pro. The wire is pretty yellow throughout and I've read online that the yellowing could be an overheating problem or some wiring issue so I wanted to get it checked out and maybe replaced while I still have my warranty. I never told the genius that it wasn't working as it's fully functional. He just looked at it and said he didn't know why but he'll try and get a new one. The part wasn't available in store at the time so I was told to come back in a few days and everything's covered by my applecare.

 

When I checked my email, the summary/work authorization says that the charger is doesn't work and the cost is 0 (although it's so weird to me that the charger is $60 but he would have added in a $80 charge for "hardware repair labor" when he literally didn't even touch anything lol).

 

Anyway, I'm wondering if there will be a problem getting my charger replaced as it still technically works? I don't want to get charged for the "labor" if I go back to pick up the new charger.
