InDesign CS6: Export as JPEG: 1st Image Missing...

I have a series of multiple-page 8.5." x 11" documents that I am exporting as jpegs.

If I export using the file name "ram" the images will be saved as:

ram.jpg

ram2.jpg

ram3.jpg

ram4.jpg

ram5.jpg

I want to have the first file named "ram1.jpg" so when the images are bulk uploaded to a site all the files are correctly placed in order by number on a resulting web page. If the first image is missing the "1" its placed last instead of first. Is there any setting in InDesign to change this? The only solution is to manually change the file name in the Finder at present.

I'd asked this on the Adobe help forum but it appears that have specifically targeted Mac users from accessing their web forum. I have used Safari, Chrome, Opera, FireFox, & TOR and the help forum always give a similar error:

"has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

Adobe's so called help system told me to use another browser. Strange way to treat someone who spent a lot money on a Master Collection. Well no more business for you, Adobe!

Adobe live in their own world, but start here:

Easiest workaround: rename the first file manually.
