I am unable to reinstall  Mac os Sierra on...

I thought of formatting my Mac for some reason and so I went to the recovery mode and cleared my disc Macintosh HD . Now, when I try to reinstall Mac os Sierra, after 2-3 hours a window pops up saying unable to install Mac os Sierra . Please help.

Shut down, disconnect all external devices from your computer except the power supply and make sure you have a working wireless connection and that that device is not saturated by other devices vying for bandwidth for downloads, uploads or streaming.

macOS Recovery installs different versions of macOS depending on the key combination you press while starting up. Hold down one of these combinations immediately after pressing the power button to turn on your Mac. Release when you see the Apple logo or a spinning globe.

Command-R

Option-Command-R

Upgrade to the latest macOS that is compatible with your Mac.2

Shift-Option-Command-R

How can I shift my internet connection to another wifi network,while I am in internet recovery (shift+command+R) mode

from the wi-fi drop down before you begin the recovery download.

Now , internet recovery is over. What should I do?
