Backup issue iPad 4th Gen.

I went to back up my iPad 4th Gen. on iTunes and I get only 2 options:

Set up as New iPad or Restore from this Backup which goes back to 5/11/2016.

I want to Backup what I currently have on my iPad.  How do I do it?
