No driver found, cant select a input or output ...

Every time I create a new project or try to open a project I cannot here any audio. When I go into settings to see what audio devices are selected it won't let me choose one. Even when my audio interface and MIDI controller is unplugged and I restart my computer I still get this issue within Logic. Please help.

My audio interface is a Astro Mixamp TR and my MIDI controller is an AKAI MPK MIDI II

I have the most updated version of Logic Pro X and macOS High Sierra.
