Double Blue Lines~HELP!

Double blue lines are randomly popping up all of a sudden under words I need to click on in other applications, and it takes me to somewhere else, spam, other websites etc.  I can't use my programs, because it doesn't allow me to click on things I need when the double blue lines are underneath the" link word" I need to. 

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS new problem I have?  HELP!
