I AM UNABLE TO INSTALL HIGH OS SIERRA.

I have new mac book air 2017 model, I have already downloaded the mac high os sierra.  but I can't install it because when installed it shows "AN ERROR OCCUPATION TRY TO RUN THIS APP ANOTHER TIME".

                                PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Shut it down, and reset the PRAM. For help, try this link: https://osxdaily.com/2010/11/15/reset-pram-mac/

After you finished, turn on, reinstall the app, and try again.
