Songs missing on iPhone music library

I've been having this issue with my iPhone 7 128gb's native Music app since I decided to restore it completely to install iOS 11. Since I always manage my tracks manually, I had to put them back on the iPhone. What happened is at first I got a few -54 errors after trying to sync multiple times, although all tracks appeared to be in the phone when managing the files through iTunes, but some of them did not show up on my iPhone and when it wasn't that, the songs would automatically redirect me to an Apple Music sign up page. I tried deleting all songs and syncing them the other way around (not manually) and although I didn't get any error messages, I've encountered the same issues. So, frustrated as I am, I tried restoring the phone a few times completely and restoring phone backups, but still the same songs are missing from the Music app - although they show up normally on iTunes phone management. I don't know what else to do, been thinking to take it to an authorized Apple service provider to check if there is an actual issue with it.
