Is it a better way to organize app

After updating to iTunes 12.7, is it a better way to organizing my app pages on my iPhone besides moving each icon to another page?

This sounds stupid, many people told me that was an iTunes function but now it is gone.

This link said it can reorder pages, but it just told me to reorder apps.
