Is it possible to rollback WatchOS 4 to 3?

I'm not a fan of the new music function on the OS. "Now Playing" isn't the same as being able to select music on the fly. I have to go back to my phone and select the particular track instead of tap, tap, tap, until I get to it again on the watch, making the watch redundant.

Syncing music to the watch isn't really ideal either, as my playlists are constantly changing.

All that's left for the watch to do is simply measure fitness, and if that's all it's good for, I would have gotten a cheaper alternative.
