Iwatch is only syncing some of my contacts. Not...

Also not grabbing my favorites either.  I was told to unpai, reset and re Pair. how do you unpair?

It may help to reset your sync data:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, to go: My Watch (tab) > General > Reset > tap once on Reset Sync Data.
• The process will run in the background (invisibly to you), so allow a minute or so afterwards for it to complete.

If the issue persists and you wish to proceed with unpairing and re-pairing your Apple Watch (not "iwatch"):

• The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch automatically when unpairing via the app.
• Initially choose to Restore from Backup during set up (most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions, such as Apple Pay cards, passcode).
• If the issue persists, consider instead unpairing and setting it up as a new watch.
