How to repair or replace damaged resource data of files in macOS 10.12.6 (16G29) Sierra? They are all inside "MacBook Pro/private/etc/postfix":

Can they be deleted so that macOS creates them again after rebooting? They are all damaged in all previous backups.

Try running the combo update. It installs all previous updates plus the new one, which can replace any files that may have become corrupted.
