iPad Pro Keeps forgetting the passcode I set

Hello-

My iPad Pro seems to reset my passcode every time it’s turned off. I know I’m entering the right code as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this. It’s causing me to have to do a full restore and set up every time. What’s going on?
