Apps keep opening by themselves in Watch OS 3

Since upgrading my Watch to Watch OS3, I've been noticing my watch apps opening up randomly by themselves. Has the update made the screen more sensitive to accidental touches? I often find my Calendar or Activity app open when I least expect it.

I am seeing this exact issue with these two apps. They (calendar and activity) are both complications on my current face but there have been several occasions that I have been looking at the watch without touching it and one or the other has opened by itself. It happens 1-2 times per day. Also, this is the exact watch face that I have had for almost a year but this started after WatchOS 3. I have a 1st gen watch.

I looked to see if there was any new setting for these apps and did not see one that might be causing the issue.

A strange little bug.

Same thing is happening to me since WatchOS 3. They definitely changed something. I have Calendar and Weather complications at the top-left and top-right corners of the screen ('Colour' watch face) and it seems like about half the time I glance at my watch I see one of these two apps instead of my watch face. Sometimes I think it's related to folding my arms, which might touch the top edge of the screen.

This is one of about 4 functionality changes that make me wish I'd never updated my series zero watch at all. I wish there was a way to revert the update =(

Anyone managed to get an answer for this? I had this bug for a while now and it drives me crazy!

Hate to be sarcastic but. We all knew that.

I continuously check for an answer or fix to the issue, besides rolling up my shirt cuff. Ambient outdoor humidity in central Florida plays a role as well.

A little upset about the problem.
