Logic not allowing me to change I/O in audio prefs

Logic crashed the other day. When booting it back up it asks me to select an audio driver. Unfortunately the input and output boxes are greyed out. Enabling core audio only allows me to change the buffer size but not the inputs/outputs. So far I've tried reinitializing the preferences, updating drivers for my interface, rebooting my mac, updating my os version, and even reinstalling Logic all together and yet nothing. I am able to use my interface and built in ins/outs with no problem in Pro Tools and Ableton. And audio plays with no issue from iTunes and Safari. Logic is the only thing that won't run audio. This seems like a massive glitch considering a REINSTALL didn't fix it. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

With Logic not running What shows up in Mac/System Preferences/Sound, can you see all devices there, can you choose different ones.

In my outputs I have:

-Internal Speakers

-Pro Tools Aggregate I/O

-Avid CoreAudio Device

-Universal Audio Thunderbolt

-USB Audio Codec (my usb hub)

Inputs:

-Internal Microphone

-Pro Tools Aggregate I/O

-Universal Audio Thunderbolt

-USB Audio Codec

I can switch between them with ease and when I do a test sound, I get signal and audio through every device I switch between. And so far all my other DAWs aren't having any issues.

No just 10.1. I'm currently on 10.2.2
