Broken screen

I recently broke my screen on my iPhone 7 I looked online I seen this company named revivaphone (uk) they come to your house and fit it, it cost me £130 I booked it In for last Wednesday the technician turned up took my phone to his van then returned 20 minuets later saying he di have my screen in stock ( even though I’d ordered it online when I booked my phone in) he said he’d be back next Monday (Today) to fit the screen he left whe  I got back in my house I pressed the home button nothing happened I immediately em the company they emailed back saying you’ll have to do a reset on my phone i re I couldn’t bec the home button isn’t workin.

He he emailed back telling me how to put the home button on the screen which I did I can’t talk right as I have motor neurone disease that’s why I had to email the more I thought about it the madder I got so I opened a dispute with PayPal as id payed for it by them the guy from the company emailed me saying they wouldn’t be d the repair as I’d op a dispute I emailed back saying that’s fine but what about the repair on my phone that your technician has broke no reply my partner phoned them he told her they wouldn’t carry out the repair, on Friday night my phone packed up I’d tried plugging it in to my laptop still no good I went to the I store on Saturday to see if they’d repair it unfortunately bec revivaphone aren’t authorised to fix apple products they wouldn’t repair it so I had to buy another one I’m going to Sui them I’ve learned a va lesson
