The song buzzes. Horrible quality. Can I get be...

I tried to buy a song from iTunes, but the 30 second sample quality was horrible.  It buzzed.  It buzzed the same if I listened through headphones or speakers, so it was in the track.  And no, it was not in the music - I've heard it before and it doesn't buzz. 

It says the CD was "Mastered for iTunes": what does that mean?

Can I get better quality from iTunes, or do I have to buy the CD?

I don't buy much music from iTunes because the quality it not great. But this is really bad.  It is common?
