Ipad too slow

Hi, I’m having problems with my iPad mini, since I keep updating it, it’s getting slower and slower, takes 2 mins to open an app, freezes the screen, restarts automatically, can’t watch videos on safari as it says problem occured while loading.

Which iPad Mini model and what iOS version is it running?
