Apple Watch delay

Hi,

I have placed ah order for Apple Watch 3LTE on 23rd of sep. expected to delv. On 16oct. On 10th it’s been shipped to warehouse through UPS company.when I tap on track my order it’s showing that “ur order is in held will schedule once it gets clearance” I have chat with the care people of UPS they said that "order is in hold from customs and they will release once they get proper invoice from Apple so that we can delv. Ur product. Contact to Apple care".

I don’t understand what’s gng on with the order and who is going to initate the process and when?

When I called to Apple care none is responding to call.
