Should I replace the battery?

My macbook pro early 2015.

The cycle count of battery only 7. But maybe the battery having problem?

It's maybe swollen.

Two bottom buttons do not touch down and bumps when typing keyboard.

It does seem like it might be the issue, but before deciding that, open the bottom cover of your MBP and visually inspect the battery to determine if it is swollen and causing the issues.
