Can't watch Live stream videos

I have a MacBook Air and the latest version of Adobe and NO wifi connection problems. I've been able to watch my churches Sunday services, Live, for several years w/no problem.  Lately, the video will start than pause as it "scrolls" to reconnect.  The video never comes back on, the scrolling just continues until I give up. I can watch the church services just fine on my iphone.  I've checked all connections &  updates; no one else in the house is using wifi at this time.  What's my Connectivity problem and how can I solve it?
