How to delete card

Hi i no longer have a iphone, however my 9 year old daughter does wich is linked to my account and im getting payments leaving my account at least every 3-4 days. How do i delete itunes completly or just take payment card away so she cant buy things

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to remove your payment information off of the Apple ID so no more purchases are made. I would recommend you read this article, it explains how you can do this.
